Ingredients:
1 small crushed pineapple
1 kilo all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup evaporated milk
2 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
4 tbsp baking powder
cooking oil for frying
sugar for coating
Procedure:
1. Beat the eggs and mix with flour.
2. Add milk, stirring flour continuously at 1 direction.
3. Add sugar and water.
4. Mix well until flour is dissolved.
5. Add pineapple and baking powder and mix well.
6. Heat pan before adding and heating oil.
7. Drop mixture in tablespoonfuls when hot.
8. Deep fry until golden brown.
9. Roll in white sugar.
10. Serve warm or cold and enjoy.

2. Scrambled eggs - beat the eggs together with some salt and pepper (optional) just enough to blend the yolks and the whites. Over the low heat in a buttered pan stir them slowly. If they begin to thicken, stir them fast until they almost reach the desired consistency. Heat off and stir in some butter, cream or some herbs, if you wish.
