Cassava Pudding
Ingredients:
1 cup grated cassava
1/3 cup raisins
¾ cup coconut milk
1 cup sugar
¼ cup water
2 eggs well beaten
Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Pour in a banana leaf-lined cake pan.
3. Bake at 350 degree F until done.
4. Enjoy!
